The place
Split into two rooms: a normal air-conditioned cocktail lounge and a walk-in ice room held around -11C to -15C, with parkas, hats and gloves handed out at the door and flavoured vodka shots served inside. Happy hour deal is buy-one-get-one on Cosmopolitans and Long Islands.
